Things with the May Minimalism Challenge aren't moving along as quickly as I had hoped. I've parted with about 50 items so far- mostly small things that take up unnecessary space. The month is nearly half over, and my goal is 496 items by the end of the month. The challenge may turn into a May and June Minimalism Challenge, but it will still feel pretty darn good when all is said and done!
I started a new challenge of sorts for myself this week. I read on moneysavingmom.com about how she makes herself a list each week of 10 things she wants to get done that week. I decided to give it a try- it can only help me along in my minimalism goals and in other areas of my life! So far this week, I've accomplished 7 out of 10 things. Once I complete this blog post, I will have completed 8. With still 2 days left to the week, I am confident that I can get all 10 things done. I am already starting to think about what to put on my list for next week.
